LPG Storage Tank

LPG Storage Tanks are pressure vessels designed to store liquefied petroleum gas (propane as the primary component), with a medium possessing a saturated vapor pressure of less than or equal to 1.63 MPa at 50°C.

Types: Above-ground LPG storage tanks, Underground LPG storage tanks

Volume: 5–200 m³

Advantages: Through continuous transformation and upgrading with new technologies and processes, our manufacturing craftsmanship has reached leading industry standards. In collaboration with state-owned steel enterprises, we use custom-rolled steel plates with integrated dish ends (no splicing) and fewer shell sections, reducing the number of welds per unit by 3–5. We possess an ultra-large annealing furnace capable of heat-treating two 100 tanks simultaneously, which lowers the annealing cost per unit. Our facility includes a fully automated sandblasting and rust removal workshop utilizing 16-directional shot peening technology to ensure zero-dead-zone cleaning, thoroughly removing rust, oil, and oxidation. We hold multiple international certifications, including GB, ASME, CE, and EAC, and possess extensive export experience to undertake global orders.

LPG Skid-mounted Station

LPG Skid-Mounted Stations are pre-integrated, modular liquefied petroleum gas storage and supply units.

Volume: 5–200 m³ (Integrated / Split-type)

Main Components: LPG storage tank, hydrocarbon pump, explosion-proof control cabinet, piping overpressure discharge device, gas leak detector, safety valve, manual vent valve, anti-vibration pressure gauge, bimetallic thermometer, magnetic flap liquid level gauge, stainless steel unloading hose, spray piping, etc.

Advantages: All key equipment is assembled and tested within the factory and fixed onto a steel structural base. Once transported to the site, it can be put into operation with only simple connections. compared to traditional fixed stations, LPG skid-mounted stations offer rapid deployment, shortened construction periods, high mobility, and low investment, making them a preferred solution for distributed clean energy supply.

LNG Storage Tank

LNG Storage Tanks are cryogenic insulated pressure vessels designed for multiple repeated filling cycles.

Volume: 5–200

Advantages: The tanks feature a unique support and connection system between the inner and outer vessels, ensuring a more reliable structure. They utilize double-layer vacuum powder insulation with exceptionally low thermal conductivity. Perlite is filled using the negative pressure method, ensuring the insulation layer is dense and uniform. The inner vessel undergoes helium mass spectrometry leak detection to guarantee superior airtightness. We have established large-scale, assembly-line production and are capable of undertaking full-scale station construction projects.

Cryogenic Liquid Storage Tanks

Cryogenic Liquid Storage Tanks include liquid oxygen (LOX) tanks, liquid nitrogen (LN2) tanks, liquid argon (LAR) tanks, and liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) tanks. They are categorized into vacuum powder-insulated and atmospheric powder-insulated types. Powder insulation utilizes materials with low thermal conductivity—such as powders, fibers, or foams—to minimize heat ingress. These are commonly used in industrial gas filling stations.

Advantages: Components are processed using CNC plasma cutting machines to strictly control the geometric dimensions of the shell sections. Both longitudinal and circumferential seams are welded using Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), ensuring excellent bead formation, with the inner vessel undergoing 100% X-ray testing. Both the internal and external surfaces of the stainless steel inner vessel undergo degreasing, pickling, and passivation. The carbon steel outer shell is subjected to internal and external sandblasting and rust removal, which ensures superior paint adhesion, extends the anti-corrosion life of the coating, enhances the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel plates, and reduces outgassing in the interspace—thereby guaranteeing a long vacuum life.
