Large-scale Biomass Boiler

Fuel: Woody and herbaceous plants and their residues (e.g., crop straw, bagasse, rice husks, branches, bark, wood chips, palm shells, etc.)

Rated Evaporation: 20–80 t/h

Advantages: Biomass fuels are widely available with low raw material costs and achieve near-zero net carbon emissions. Based on the variations in volatile matter across different biomass fuels, our company provides customers with customized combustion equipment, supplemented by optimized furnace arches and a rational primary/secondary air ratio to ensure complete fuel combustion. Meanwhile, the large-scale furnace design reduces the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet, effectively preventing slagging and ash accumulation in the rear sections. The furnace body is equipped with cleaning and soot-blowing access doors, allowing for online soot blowing, which significantly reduces the frequency of shutdowns for manual cleaning.

Small-scale Biomass Boiler

Fuel: Woody and herbaceous biomass (e.g., crop straw, sugarcane bagasse, rice husks, branches, bark, wood chips, palm shells, etc.)

Rated Evaporation: 2–20 t/h

Advantages: Biomass fuels are widely available with low raw material costs and near-zero carbon emissions. The boiler features a chain grate with independent air chambers for uniform bilateral air supply and mechanized combustion. Equipped with multiple automatic controls and interlocking protection functions, it offers high thermal efficiency, excellent safety performance, and easy installation and maintenance. Safety accessories are provided to prevent overpressure and ensure stable operation. Both water level and pressure monitoring include local display and remote transmission capabilities.

Applications: Chemicals, light industry, food processing, textiles, coal mining, automotive manufacturing, etc.

Oil/Gas-fired Boiler

Fuel: Oil, Gas

Rated Evaporation: 2–75 t/h

Advantages: Depending on the capacity, the boilers are categorized into single-drum (WNS series) and double-drum (SZS series). The SZS series oil/gas fired boiler features a double-drum, D-type structure with a comprehensive membrane wall design. The high-temperature flue gas is fully enclosed by the sealed membrane wall, eliminating smoke leakage caused by incomplete sealing in conventional boilers and ensuring high efficiency and safe operation. The equipment is highly reliable with sufficient output and a thermal efficiency exceeding 98%. It is also equipped with a high-intelligence automatic control system for easy operation.

Applications: Chemicals, light industry, food processing, textiles, coal mining, automotive manufacturing, etc.

Thermal Oil Boiler

Fuel: Oil (Gas) / Biomass

Heating Capacity: 300,000–4,000,000 kcal

Advantages: Depending on the fuel type, the boilers are categorized into oil/gas fired thermal oil heaters (YYQW series) and biomass fired thermal oil heaters (YLW series). The YYQW series heater body features a spiral densely-packed coil structure, with double or multi-layer coils forming the heating surface. The inner coil serves as the combustion radiation heat exchange surface, while the gaps between the inner, middle, and outer coils form the flue gas heat exchange surfaces. The tightly arranged multi-layer coils and the casing create a three-pass flue gas structure, optimizing heat exchange intensity, strengthening convection heat transfer, and providing sufficient heating surface area to ensure the boiler’s output and thermal efficiency. The YLW series thermal oil heater uses biomass as fuel and thermal oil as the heat carrier, serving as a high-temperature heat source for various environments below 340°C.

Applications: Wood processing plants, oil refineries, drying plants, etc.

Waste Heat Boiler

Waste Heat Boilers utilize the sensible heat contained in exhaust gases, waste materials, or waste liquids from various industrial processes, or the heat generated by the combustion of flammable substances within them.

Classification:

  • Formaldehyde and carbon black tail gas waste heat boilers;

  • VOC exhaust gas incineration waste heat boilers;

  • Carbonic acid industry waste heat boilers;

  • Carbon sector waste heat boilers, etc.
